KMJ Group Fitness was born when two passionate trainers decided to go it alone and keep a group of like-minded women together.
Megan McMinn – Trainer, Motivation, Supporter, Friend
With a background in Exercise Science, Megan began by transforming herself mentally & physically after the death of her mother when she was just 17 years old. This fueled her drive to better understand the components of health and how to educate Women on the importance of taking care of themselves. “My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer at just 47. After her death i came to the realisation that a highly stressful lifestyle, and not putting her own health and own needs first was ultimately what made her health suffer. I am passionate about spreading this message to other women, so they can not only feel healthy but can THRIVE in all aspects of their life. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing the look on a ladies face when she realizes what she is capable of and how strong she has become”.
Her passion for health and wellness has seen her gain:
- Bachelor of Health Science (Sport & Exercise Science)
- Graduate Certificate in High-Performance Sport
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach Certification
- Australian Combat & Exercise Certified Boxing Instructor
Kimberley Hill – Trainer, Cheerleader, advocate, boundless energy, all-around awesome chick!
Kimberly hails from the warm and sunny surrounds of Southern California. She arrived in Sydney in the early 2000’s and has never looked back since. Kim is the mother of 2 children and lives and breathes what is means to be healthy.
Having suffered from lymphoma in 2010 and come out the other side, she understands better than anyone the need to look after your own health. Whilst always an active lady, her drive to become fitter and stronger than before has seen her help countless women soak up her unmistakable energy. She is truly a gem and gift of light to all those she comes across!
Her passion for health and wellness has seen her gain:
