Things i love……
What is your favourite time of year?
WINTER!… i know i’m in the minority here but i love the cold, especially traveling to the northern hemisphere in winter.
What do you like to do outside the gym?
I like to take my exercise outdoors on the weekends, running, walking, swimming and bushwalking. I also enjoy attending live music concerts, plays, shows and musicals with friends and spending time with family.
I also LOVE to travel and explore the world. I have been to America, Canada, Europe, Great Britain, Japan and Fiji.
What has been your favourite place to travel to?
Everywhere! I particularly loved spending Christmas in Iceland in 2016. Ice climbing to the top of the glacier on boxing day was just magical. It is so quiet, peaceful and serene. I have never experienced such stillness and beauty as that landscape.
Who inspires you?
My grandmother. She is 90 years old and so full of life and laughter! She has taught be a lot about strength and resilience, and is a wealth of knowledge.
What are your gym bag must haves?
What supplements or nutritional products do you take?
I have just started using Equip foods complete collagen and anti-inflammatory turmeric blend capsules. As i have rheumatoid arthritis, i have been using both supplement to control my joint pain instead of drug based anti-inflammatories. So far i have seen great results and the collagen is starting to improve my skin and gut health as well. What do you love about your job?
The amazing people i meet and interact with everyday! Each one is unique and has their own fascinating life and story. I enjoy meeting new ladies, finding out what makes them tick and particularly seeing their confidence and enjoyment of exercise grow.
